Personal projects.

I spend time building small tools and prototypes when I run into problems that feel worth solving. Some of them turned out useful enough to keep using.

Background

Thesis

Developing Commercial Processes in a Changing World

It asked how organizations can actually improve commercial processes. The clearest answer: map the real flow, identify the actual bottlenecks early (not the assumed ones), and use tight iterative cycles to test changes. The highest leverage comes from understanding the current system deeply before changing anything.

Projects

Things I've built when I needed a better way to do something.

Tool

PT Coach – client view

Customers wanted a clear overview of their plan without having to log into several systems. I built a straightforward view that shows today's work, nutrition, and check-ins in one place.

Prototype

Conveyor Lite V2

It was challenging to quickly visualize and explain complex layouts during planning discussions. I built a simple 2D/3D tool that feels almost like a game but makes the concept much easier to understand on the spot.

Tool

Raptor V2

Project planning often lived in spreadsheets and separate calendars. I made a calendar-first tool that brings lead times, risks, and day-to-day planning into the same view.

Experiment

AI Team Simulator

I wanted to explore how a small group of AI agents could break down and work on a task together. The result is a visual demo where you can follow the steps and see the final report.

Physical prototypes

3D Prints

A collection of functional parts, fixtures and enclosures I've made to solve specific problems. Most of them started as a quick idea and were iterated on until they actually worked in practice.
